The Marlins have agreed to terms with Brian Anderson, their third-round pick in the 2014 First-Year Player Draft.

Anderson, an infielder out of the University of Arkansas, was taken with the No. 76 pick and agreed to a signing bonus ($600,000) less than the slotted value of the pick ($737,200).

Anderson, a junior, was drafted in the 20th round by the Twins when he came out of high school in 2011, but he opted to attend college instead. Anderson batted .328 with seven home runs and 51 RBIs in 65 games for Arkansas this season, and he's the fourth Arkansas player drafted by Miami in the past five years.
