MIAMI – As 2013 approaches, the Marlins will need to fill paid Internship positions throughout the company. As a result, the Team will be hosting an Internship Job Fair on Wednesday, October 24th from 1 P.M. to 5 P.M. and Thursday, October 25th from 9 A.M. to 1 P.M. at Marlins Park (501 Marlins Way, Miami, FL). The focus of the Job Fair will be to fill Internship Positions within the following areas: Accounting, Audio/Video Technical, Ballpark Operations, Baseball Operations, Broadcasting, Business Communications, Community Outreach, Corporate Partnerships, Digital & Social Media, Facilities/Engineering, Information Technology, Marketing & Promotions, Marlins Foundation, Media Relations, Parking & Guest Services, Retail Operations, Sales & Customer Service, Ticket Operations, Turf Management, and Video Production. All Internships will begin in January of 2013 and will conclude in December of 2013, requiring Full-Time hours as well as game night/weekend responsibilities. This is a perfect opportunity for those seeking Entry Level positions in the field of sports and entertainment, as all Internships are paid positions and admission to the Job Fair is complimentary.
